After a successful Update Conference 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 in Prague and online event Update Now 2020, we are now looking for speakers for Update Conference Prague 2026. The main topics of Update Conference Prague 2026 are AI in development workflows, .NET, Frontend, Cloud & Security. There will be 4 tracks with 45+ sessions in total.
Our goal is to bring together influential speakers from around the world and assemble a diverse lineup of experts with varied backgrounds and experiences. We will be happy to see session proposals on AI, .NET, Frontend, Cloud, or Security-related topics from everyone. Update Conference Prague 2026 is a hybrid event, giving attendees the flexibility to participate either in person in Prague or online via live stream. This allows developers and IT professionals from around the world to join the conference, whether they are unable to travel, prefer remote participation, or simply want to enjoy selected sessions from the comfort of their home or office.
We understand that travel plans and schedules can change. That's why Update Conference Prague 2026 offers flexible speaking options designed to fit your needs. Whether you prefer to join us in Prague or present remotely, you'll receive the same level of support from our team. For remote speakers, we provide a fully supported setup for both live presentations and pre-recorded sessions with live audience interaction. If your circumstances change after your proposal has been accepted, there's no need to worry. You can switch from an in-person presentation to a remote session at any time, and we'll work with you to ensure a seamless experience. Wherever you're speaking from, you'll be an integral part of the conference experience.
Travel & Accommodation
As a speaker at Update Conference Prague 2026, you'll receive comprehensive support throughout your visit. We cover travel expenses, provide up to four nights of accommodation, and full catering throughout the conference. If you plan to travel to Prague with your partner, spouse, or another family member, we will be happy to assist with accommodation and travel arrangements. Your accompanying guests are also welcome to enjoy full conference access, entry to the Speaker Room, and participation in the exclusive social and networking activities organized for speakers. To make your visit as comfortable as possible, all travel and accommodation logistics will be arranged individually with each speaker in September 2026.
Sessions & Topics
Most of the audience are developers with a .NET background, from students and juniors to senior developers, architects, tech leads, or other IT decision-makers. All sessions should be in English. The standard session length is 50 minutes + 10 minutes for questions. If you have an interesting topic that requires more or less time, feel free to submit it anyway and add a note to the proposal.
On the day before the conference (November 11), we are planning a day of workshops. If you have an interesting topic for a full-day or half-day workshop, you are welcome to propose it.
The main topics of the conference are: AI in developer workflows, .NET, cloud, and security, but feel free to suggest anything else you think is related to .NET development. You can find inspiration in last year's agenda. In contrast to previous years, we expect more sessions to focus on AI and how to use it in real development scenarios. Practical experience with AI and how you use it in real-world projects is the most interesting area.
If your session is accepted, you’ll have the opportunity to update the title and description closer to the conference to reflect the latest news and announcements. If your topic becomes outdated or less relevant, we’ll be happy to work with you to adjust it or find a better fit for attendees.
